Web Radio Interview: Vicki Kennedy Overfelt — Mindfulness for Stress Reduction and Healing

Vicki Kennedy OvereltThis program features an interview conducted by Our Health Co-op’s Chris Harding with Vicki Kennedy Overfelt, a seasoned practioner of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Ms. Kennedy-Overfelt studied MBSR in connection with the Stress Reduction Program at University of Massachusetts Medical School, which was started by well-known mindfulness expert Jon Kabat-Zinn. She has since been functioning as an MBSR practioner, assisting a variety of clients gain the benefits of this subtle, but powerful technique.
