Our Return Policy

Three promises we deliver on each day — top quality products, truly personal service, and exceptional value! We take pride in scientifically formulating our products for efficacy, safety, and freshness. And, our members consistently express satisfaction with our products and service.

Our products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than required by federal and state agencies for food. In addition, as part of our own strict protocol, every single batch of each product is independently tested.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges.

Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be sealed to receive a refund.

While we recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, since we are not able to package and make actual shipping arrangements in the rare instances that product is returned, we are not responsible for shipping costs or handling on returned items or for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
