Meow,
Pancreatic Enzymes Upgraded to Vegetarian Formula
We had to reorder our
Pancreatic Enzymes
product, and, based on member requests, reviewed the studies on different
formulations.
We became convinced that we needed to reformulate our product with
vegetarian-based enzymes.
Our new and improved
Pancreatic Enzyme
formula is derived from special fungi cultures. Unlike animal origin enzymes,
vegetarian enzymes have a broader pH range of action, supporting break down of
food in both your acidic stomach (pH about 3.0) as well as your more neutral
intestines (pH about 6.0).
This means there is no need for enteric coating, which adds both cost and
extra chemicals to any formula.
Our new Pancreatic Enzymes formula contains all three enzymes essential to
digestion: lipase, protease, and amylase.
Lipase is involved in fat absorption, while protease and amylase are involved
in protein and starch absorption respectively.
In addition, vegetarian-based enzymes may help digest wheat gluten, which may
increase stomach and intestinal comfort for those with sensitivities.
Our new and improved version of
Pancreatic Enzymes
product is now available for $7.94.
