Calling All Southern California Co-Op Members!

Did someone say road trip? Word is that Teri, Tess, and Bill Henderson will be live and in person at the Cancer Control Society’s 36th Annual Convention in Southern California from Saturday, August 30 through Monday, September 1. Co-op members are invited to stop on by and say howdy.

The Kat, alas, must stay behind and hold down the fort which is purr-fectly fine with this finicky feline. After all, airline food is notoriously bad. This Kat hears they’re even charging for it these days and strongly suggests that the Co-op crew BYOL (Bring your own lunch).

In all seriousness, if you or someone you know is wrestling with cancer, this is a must-attend event. For over three decades, The Cancer Control Society has brought life-saving information about alternative therapies and nutritional approaches to thousands of patients.

The Annual Convention features over 50 speakers and 80 exhibits, including yours truly! You can visit their website for a full list of speakers and events. The website also includes a robust roster of doctors nationwide who offer alternative therapies as well as a list of patients happy to share their personal stories.
