REFRESHING YOUR MEMORY ON PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that is crucial for proper brain cell structure and function.
Phospholipids are major components – the “glue” so to speak -- in brain cell membranes, which ensure brain cell activities are working correctly (supporting both thinking and memory).
Your body actually produces phosphatidylserine, but the amount produced diminishes with age (or if you are deficient in folic acid and vitamin B12).
Unfortunately, there is an insufficient level of phosphatidylserine in most diets. Thus, supplemental phosphatidylserine plays a pivotal role in maintaining cognitive functions.
Incidentally, phosphatidylserine has been well studied in clinical trials, including trials involving in Alzheimer’s patients. This product gets a solid “paws up” when it comes to good science.

WHAT’S AHEAD
Yep, it’s true! Our Health Co-op has been an exhibitor at the Huntsman Senior Games in St. George, Utah over the past week and a half. We have some stories to tell, as well as pictures to share. Stay tuned for more.
My only complaint? The humans took a very silly-looking stuffed cat to stand in for me. Pfffssst! It’s far too cute for this kat to bear! Sigh. The indignities of becoming famous. ^..^
