Did you know muscle cramps can be a sign of low sodium and/or low potassium?  You can follow the Ideal Protein diet to a T, but if you don't take the required supplements and drink enough water your body is going to let you know!  On a daily basis your body needs:

  • ½ teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 64 oz. of water (and that's a minimum!)
