Our Return Policy

 Three promises we deliver on each day -- top quality products, truly personal service, and exceptional value! We take pride in scientifically formulating our products for efficacy, safety, and freshness.  And, our members consistently express satisfaction with our products and service.   

Our products are manufactured under even more stringent quality controls than required by federal and state agencies for food. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be sealed to receive a refund.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
